Kool Kamping was started by Phil Holt and Anthony Margerison in March 2009 as it was noticed that there was no where for people to look at large family tents where they could get unbiased and honest opinions as to how easy or hard a unit was to put up and what accessories would be needed.
Phil has had over 15 years in both the Camping and caravanning industry working both in retail and for a few different manufacturers. He has travelled around the world looking at various products and had designed tents and accessories and enjoys sourcing new and varied items.
Anthony has been a keen camper for many years going away numerous times with his family and using various tents from frame tents to the modern fibre poled units. He is passionate about giving our customers the highest level of service.
As of the 4th April 2009 we will be opening a new camping and leisure store at The Garden Place on Cropper road in Blackpool.
On this site we will be displaying tents and accessories from Kampa - Kyham - Highlander - Sunnflair and Wynnster.
We will have a permanent outdoor display through April to September and a few tents indoors as well.
There is a 2000sq ft Indoor accessory store as well where you can buy anything from a tent to a peg.
